“Hi! Welcome to Change Church! We’re so glad you’re here today. May I ask you a few quick questions so we can support you well now and in the future? You’re welcome to skip anything you’re not comfortable answering.”
“Before we get started, did you have a chance to pre-register online for today’s event? If you didn’t, no worries at all — we’re going to serve you just the same and we’re really glad you’re here. But if you did, you could show me the confirmation on your phone and we’ll get you checked in even faster.”
Script: “To make sure we have enough for everyone, how many people are in your household?”
Script: “What ages are represented in your home?”
Script: “Does your household include any children or seniors?”
